Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. 1-1 Mentoring:

  • After payment confirmation, refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.
  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. To ensure you are not charged for the subsequent month, you must provide written notice of cancellation either via email or WhatsApp at least 21 days prior to your next scheduled payment date or the scheduled payment will be processed immediately. 
  • If you choose to cancel 1-1 calls will no longer be bookable, docs won’t be available and you’ll be archived on WhatsApp, text and voice notes will still be available but replies will be lowest priority as I need to focus on paying clients.
  • if you follow what I say and put the work in and complete all weekly checkins and do not make your money back the mentoring will be extended for free, this is also based on the type of business you are running 
  • By signing up, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any rights to a refund based on the results achieved. Success depends on your effort and commitment. Any attempt to request a refund will be referred to a debt collection agency.
  • if I am unable to message on any days other than Sunday due to illness or any unforeseen circumstances days will be added onto the mentoring to make up for it.

2. E-Books:

  • Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final and non-refundable. By finalizing your purchase, you consent to and accept these terms.

3. The Winter Arc Project:

  • This digital mentoring program is non-refundable as services are deemed consumed upon purchase.
  • By completing the transaction, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
  • If you break any warnings you will be muted in the chat
  • results will vary for each individual, no refunds will be given under any circumstances by checking the checkbox at checkout you agree to all terms

Chargebacks and Debt Collection:

  • Any attempts at chargebacks will be denied. Should a chargeback occur, the matter will be forwarded to a debt collection agency. Additional fees and legal actions may be pursued to recover the owed amount.
